I have always been curious about what it means to lead a good life and know that mindfulness is vital to staying grounded and authentic to one's heart.
Unfortunately, I found it very hard to be consistent. The busier I got and the more I needed it, the less mindful I became.
Whilst I love going to a retreat and immersing myself in inner work, I needed something that would help my day-to-day and allow me to reflect on what is important without retreating from the world. And so, Your Mindful Year was born out of my selfish need. (You are welcome)
I do hope that it will also help you rediscover what it means for you to live your best life.

These cards are really helping me think more about how I spend my time, what is important to me and my connection to others - I'm becoming more mindful! Some of the questions have really stayed with me and frequently pop into my thoughts. The links are well chosen, very interesting and relevant to the questions. The cards are good quality and beautifully packaged.
I'm enjoying my Mindful Year. The process is great for me as I love journaling. I love the links to the TEDtalks and articles embedded in the lessons; they really deepen my thought process. It is a very grounding process.
